What you do

Provide quality service by meeting the needs of patients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty, and by deploying innovative services.
Ensure optimal operation of the pharmacy, both in terms of patient follow-up and administrative follow-up.
Guarantee compliance with current standards and legislation by respecting the rules and procedures specific to the pharmacy.
Manage orders, prepare prescriptions, handle returns, reservations, deliveries, and stocks.
Implement health prevention and promotion actions.
Perform ancillary tasks related to the operation of the pharmacy.
Actively participate in the development of the organization and the development of new services for patients.

You hold a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences (pharmacist).
You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in various pharmacies.
You are bilingual FR/NL.
You are customer-oriented and demonstrate empathy.
You are comfortable with digital tools (e.g., office software, pharmaceutical software, everyday digital solutions).
You are able to work in a team.
You have a sensitivity for innovation in the health sector.
You are flexible and able to adapt quickly to changes.
