Within an organization dedicated to ICT solutions for society, you will contribute to recruiting IT experts.
What you do
- Analyze recruitment needs and establish attractive job profiles
- Identify potential candidates via social networks, targeted searches on specialized platforms, and the internal database
- Guide candidates throughout the selection process, up to contract signing
- Act as a true recruitment partner for various stakeholders
- Represent the organization at job fairs, university events, and other IT events
- Fully leverage social networks to continuously expand your network and that of the organization
- Contribute to general HR projects, depending on your interests and acquired expertise
Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with a specialization in Human Resources
- Strong affinity with IT
- Relevant experience in recruitment, ideally of IT profiles
- Good oral knowledge of Dutch
