As a Sales Support Specialist, you ensure that account managers can operate effectively. You oversee commercial processes and ensure smooth handling, allowing the team to focus on client relationships and acquiring new assignments.
What you will do.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations.
- Process contracts and commercial agreements.
- Support clients by phone and email.
- Manage customer data in a CRM system.
- Collaborate with Account Management, Inside Sales, and Operations.
- Identify commercial opportunities.
Profile
- MBO 4 (Dutch secondary vocational education level 4) working and thinking level.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial internal sales or inside sales role.
- Customer-focused and strong communication skills.
- Accurate and able to maintain an overview.
- Good at switching between various tasks.
- Proactive and solution-oriented.
Nice to have.
- Experience with a CRM system like Salesforce.
- Experience in preparing quotations and independently managing commercial processes.
