What you do
- Be the beating heart between client and candidate.
- Build long-term relationships.
- Identify and leverage commercial opportunities.
- Together with the team, ensure the right match.
- Work independently and plan your own agenda.
- Alternate client visits with candidate interviews and consultations with colleagues.
- Actively approach and advise (new) clients.
- Conduct interviews with candidates and guide the entire process.
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships.
- Identify, create, and convert commercial opportunities into results.
- Discuss available candidates with colleagues and make matches.
