A growing organization with a large network in the Benelux and expanding into Germany and Austria is looking for an additional accountant to strengthen its financial team. You work accurately, appreciate correct figures, and enjoy interacting with clients regarding invoices or payments.
What you will do.
- You process bank transactions and various bookings
- You process incoming and outgoing invoices
- You follow up on outstanding customer receivables (debtor management)
- You answer and follow up on customer questions regarding invoicing and payments
- You prepare and process outgoing payments
- You process credit card statements and expense reports
- You ensure that VAT regulations are correctly applied
- You perform preparatory work for periodic closings and reports
- You reconcile general ledger and intercompany accounts
Profile
- You have a bachelor's or graduate degree in an economic or financial field
- You have relevant experience in accounting
- Experience with Exact Online is a plus
- You work proficiently with Microsoft Excel
- You work accurately and structured, maintaining an overview even during busy periods
- You communicate friendly and clearly with clients and colleagues
