What you do
As a project manager, you will be the driving force behind the organization's development. Specifically, you will be required to:
- Develop and structure the association's activities
- Build a network of cultural actors, artists
- Meet cultural centers and professionals in the sector
- Identify field needs and imagine concrete solutions
- Participate in the creation of the future website
- Develop the organization's visibility
- Organize and coordinate cultural events
- Seek partnerships and sponsors
- Generate new ideas and transform them into concrete projects
What they ask
- A higher education diploma (bachelor or master)
- Significant experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of the cultural sector or an existing network is a real asset
- Dutch and/or English are a plus
