Airbrush Instructor

• You make your lessons practical, interactive, and varied, so that participants acquire new knowledge, skills, and attitudes and can apply them in practice.
• You use relevant (digital) working methods to improve the learning experience and create engagement.
• You develop teaching materials (hand-outs, online content, practical exercises) and/or ensure that available teaching materials are up-to-date and relevant for the target group.
• You co-create new courses in the sector with the sector manager and/or co-instructors.
• You stimulate entrepreneurship and professional behavior among the target group of your training.
• You coach students throughout the course so that they achieve their goals.
• You represent an educational organization and contribute to its image as a place for expertise, entrepreneurship, and innovation.

What they ask

• Extensive professional knowledge and a strong passion for airbrush techniques, including color theory, product knowledge, skin analysis, correction techniques, beauty, fashion, and special effects applications.
• The ability to translate your practical experience as an airbrush make-up artist into clear, step-by-step, and practice-oriented explanations for students.
• Knowledge of relevant guidelines regarding hygiene, product safety, material maintenance, and health protection within the beauty and make-up sector.
• An open learning attitude and empathy for people at different stages of the learning process.
• Some experience with teaching/speaking to a group is a plus (a pedagogical diploma is not a must).
• Basic digital skills and the ability to apply them practically.
