Treatment Coordinator
As a treatment coordinator within a specialized center, you connect treatment, safety, and team development. You are the content leader in your department and, together with the multidisciplinary team, ensure that patients receive appropriate, recovery-oriented care. You work in a comprehensive and multidisciplinary setting and contribute to the development of future professionals by guiding training programs.
What you do
- You establish guiding individual treatment plans based on anamnesis, diagnostics, reporting, and observation.
- You maintain treatment-related control and are responsible for the treatment process of patients within the department.
- You monitor the progress and course of treatments in consultation with the multidisciplinary team.
- You coordinate treatment interventions and use your expertise to help patients in their recovery process.
- You provide dual leadership, together with the department head, guiding the team in the department, focusing on creating a professional and safe treatment climate, team coaching, and individual employee development.
- You actively collaborate with fellow department heads to ensure safety and improve treatment.
- You work with GZ-psychologists, basic psychologists, nursing specialists, SPV's, creative therapists, psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, and clinical neuropsychologists.
- You guide training programs for future professionals, thereby developing your coaching and guidance skills.
