As a project manager, you coordinate various digitalization projects within the supply chain, focused on optimizing stock and supply, to ensure worry-free meals for customers.
What you do
- Analyze and plan:
- Conduct thorough research
- Develop a project plan according to the project methodology
- Assemble a project team and provide an initial briefing
- Implement and monitor:
- Closely monitor progress and adjust where necessary
- Ensure the project is delivered within the agreed deadline and budget
- Coordinate:
- Coach internal employees involved in the project
- Be the primary point of contact for external suppliers (if relevant)
- Finalize:
- Ensure correct administrative processing of projects
Profile
- Higher education degree with at least five years of relevant experience in a project environment
- Affinity with digitalization projects is a plus
- Familiar with project methodology concepts
- Eager to learn and interested in the retail and food sector
- Relevant market experience is an added value
- Strong communicator, team player
- Monitors deadlines accurately and adjusts quickly where necessary
- Flexible, stress-resistant, and highly adaptable
