An international arts festival for young audiences, organized by a cultural institution.
- The 30th edition of the festival will take place from Wednesday, February 3 to Thursday, February 11, 2027.
- The festival annually invites more than 30 (inter)national companies that perform approximately 60 shows, for both schools and families.
- There are various free interactive festival acts, and the festival is an international networking hub for approximately 180 creators and programmers from around the world.
What you do
- The production team is the organizational link between programming and technical realization.
- You work in a team on the organizational and practical preparations and on the realization of the festival programming.
- Tasks include: transport, catering, technology, accommodation, locations, schedule, etc.
Profile
- You have a passion for arts for young audiences.
- You have organizational talent and can work independently.
- You are communicative and multilingual (NL/F/E).
- You can work with planning and data tools.
- You are creative, enthusiastic, and highly committed.
- You can work problem-solving and results-oriented.
- This role will involve evening and weekend work.
- Possession of a driving license is an advantage.
