We are looking for an Industrial Building Project Manager ICPE to lead the APD (Detailed Preliminary Design) studies for an industrial building project subject to ICPE regulations. You will join a multidisciplinary project team within an internationally renowned engineering firm.
What you will do.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary technical studies (architecture, civil engineering, structures, HVAC, electricity, VRD)
- Facilitate design reviews with the client and process engineering teams, then ensure follow-up of decided actions
- Integrate ICPE and environmental regulatory requirements into the design of the structures
- Contribute to budget estimates (CAPEX), schedules, and technical arbitrations
- Assist the client during company consultations and evaluation of received offers
- Facilitate exchanges with stakeholders (regional environmental agencies, control offices, specialized companies)
Profile
- You will work on significant projects: factories, logistics warehouses, industrial platforms, chemical, pharmaceutical, or agri-food sites classified as ICPE.
- This assignment offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to demonstrate your leadership to multiple stakeholders in a demanding regulatory context.
Required experience.
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in industrial building project management
- Bac+5 (Master's) degree in Building, Civil Engineering, or Industrial specialization
Technical skills.
- In-depth knowledge of applicable ICPE regulations and environmental standards
- Solid knowledge of multidisciplinary processes in the design of industrial structures
- Ability to lead complex technical studies and synthesize multidisciplinary issues
Professional qualities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead teams and stakeholders
- Strong autonomy and ability to make decisions in an uncertain context
- Fluent professional English (exchanges with international teams)
- Rigor, organization, and priority management in a multitasking environment
