What you will do.
- Conducting consultations with employees regarding various health and employability issues
- Guiding employees through absenteeism and reintegration, and advising on a sustainable return to work
- Assessing the capacity and possibilities of employees in relation to their work activities
- Advising on work resumption, employability, and any necessary adjustments within the work
- Collaborating with HR, case managers, and other involved professionals
- Working with a diverse employee population, consisting of both office and field staff
Profile
- A BIG-registered occupational physician with experience in occupational health services
- Strong communication skills and pleasant in contact with different types of employees
- Independent, professional, and able to quickly reach a good assessment and appropriate advice during consultations
- Experienced in absenteeism guidance and issues related to sustainable employability
- Flexible and comfortable with both office and field employees as a target group
