What you do
- Management of civil works, including design (SO, VO, and DO), planning, execution, and delivery.
- Management of specifications, including administration of requirements and guidelines.
- Management and guidance of framework agreements, including the one for sports fields.
- Drawing up and managing schedules, with timely communication about changes.
- Managing administrators, project supervision, and oversight, including quality assurance and problem-solving.
- Content responsibility, such as evaluating designs and ensuring technical specifications.
- Financial management, including setting up and monitoring budgets and cost control.
- Communication and participation with residents, including information provision and involvement in decision-making.
- Guiding projects within the greening initiative, translating ambitions into concrete and feasible projects in public spaces.
- Ensuring good coordination between the project, management, and other involved disciplines and parties.
- Ensuring a careful transfer of completed projects to the management organization.
- Serving as a point of contact for the Planned Maintenance cluster for colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Participation in regular work meetings.
- Reporting to the client or a supervisor.
- Working in a team context.

- Minimum 2 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 6 years leading projects in the role of civil technical coordinator or project leader.
Preferences.
- A completed HBO bachelor's degree or higher in civil engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 8 years leading civil engineering projects in the role of civil technical coordinator or civil project leader.
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 5 years leading civil engineering projects in the role of civil technical coordinator or civil project leader within a municipal institution.
- Demonstrable work experience with the management of civil works, including design (SO, VO, and DO), specifications, planning, execution, and delivery.
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrable work experience with civil engineering projects in the following areas: green spaces and greening, and sports fields and sports facilities.
