What you do
- Active sourcing: identifying and convincing hard-to-find talent, particularly within digital transformation
- Stakeholder management: advising hiring managers, challenging expectations, and involving stakeholders in your approach
- End-to-end recruitment: managing the entire process, from intake and interviews to negotiations and closing
- Ownership & proactivity: simultaneously managing multiple vacancies and stakeholders, thinking ahead, and taking initiative
- Process & reporting: meticulously tracking the pipeline and recruitment processes in the ATS and reporting on results

- Experience in Talent Acquisition and comfortable in a corporate environment with complex processes and diverse stakeholders
- Strong affinity with technology and digital transformation, and interest in profiles within IT, engineering, SAP, etc.

- Proactive, independent, and strong communicator, with a great sense of ownership
- Works in a structured manner and maintains attention to detail and administration, even under high workload
- Fluent in Dutch and English
