Within a governmental organization, you will be part of a team consisting of Income & Work Client Managers, Debt Assistance, a Recovery & Recourse Officer, Benefit Administration Officers, Integration Case Managers, a Status Holder Housing Officer, Quality Officers, and a Team Leader. You will also collaborate closely with various social partners and utilize the short lines of communication within the Social Domain.
What you do
- Conduct intake interviews
- Assess applications from your own caseload
- Ensure the planning and processing of investigations and applications
- Monitor progress and deadlines
- Perform re-investigations
- Draft investigation reports and decisions
- Provide information, advice, and guidance regarding the Participation Act and related regulations
- Signal misuse
- Contribute to combating benefit misuse in collaboration with the Enforcement Officer
What they ask
- A completed MBO SJD education
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience as an Income Consultant within the Social Domain at a governmental organization
- Knowledge of the laws and regulations of the Participation Act and associated provisions
- Work experience with Suite Sociaal Domein
