What you do
- Assist with daily activities and support personal care.
- Be a familiar face and a fixed point of contact for residents.
- Listen carefully to the wishes and needs of residents and adapt care accordingly.
- Work independently and meticulously, with the opportunity to consult with colleagues on questions or issues.
Profile
- Diploma as a Care Assistant (plus) MBO level 2 or currently in the second year of at least the IG care provider training.
- Willingness to work irregular hours, mainly late shifts.
