You will take charge of facility management at a cluster level within a globally operating organization that is a leader in real estate and facility management. This organization is known for its professional, data-driven, and human-centered approach, operating in an international, high-end campus environment. The role focuses on transformation, optimization, and stakeholder management.
What you do
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary facility team
- Responsible for budget, forecasting, and cost optimization
- Manage suppliers and contracts, including performance steering
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and act as a sparring partner
- Initiate and implement improvement and optimization projects
- Connect teams, suppliers
- Elevate service levels and ensure an optimal user experience

- HBO/WO working and thinking level (e.g., Facility Management, Engineering, or Business Administration)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in facility management in a complex environment
- Proven leadership experience
- Strong in stakeholder management and communication
- Well-versed financially and contractually
