Equipment & Computerized Systems Officer
This assignment is with an international biopharmaceutical company whose main activities are the research, development, and commercialization of pharmaceutical and biotechnological products. The site specializes in chemical synthesis, development, manufacturing, and packaging of pharmaceutical products.
What you will do.
- Participate in projects for the installation and qualification of new laboratory equipment (coordination, follow-up, documentation, deployment).
- Act as a link between the laboratory and IT to support the digitalization of analytical models and the implementation of solutions adapted to user needs.
- Contribute to the digitalization of reports and processes related to equipment to improve their reliability, traceability, and efficiency.
- Support project follow-up: meetings, risk analyses, indicators, and documentation, in compliance with GMP requirements.
- Support change management, user training, and the sharing of best practices.

Profile
- Master's degree (Bac+5) or engineering diploma in a scientific, pharmaceutical, industrial, IT, or laboratory equipment/systems related field.
- First experience or internship in project management, laboratory, digitalization, or regulated industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and oral.
- Interest in project management, digital tools, and computerized systems.
- Good ability to coordinate different stakeholders (business and IT), as well as to analyze, synthesize, and document.
Practical
This program is in partnership with a partner organization. The main conditions for participation are:
- Be between 18 and 28 years old.
- Hold the nationality of a member country of the European Economic Area.
- Not have worked or lived in the country where the mission will take place.
- Be available to dedicate yourself to the mission full-time.
- If you are of French nationality or dual nationality, be in good standing with France's national service obligations.
- Have a clean criminal record.
