A specialized company in heating and cooling technologies is looking for an independent sales representative for HVAC projects. You will follow up on new customer inquiries and primarily guide private customers (B2C) with their heating or cooling plans, from the initial conversation to the sale. You will receive a commission on the achieved turnover. Leads are provided, which is estimated to require 20 hours of follow-up per week. The work area includes West and East Flanders.
What you do
- Contact interested customers based on provided leads and schedule appointments
- Visit customers, listen to their plans, and identify their expectations
- Advise private customers on suitable heating and cooling solutions, such as heat pumps, heating systems, and air conditioning
- Calculate HVAC projects and prepare quotes according to agreed-upon rules
- Explain proposals, answer questions, and guide customers towards a purchase decision
- Diligently follow up on sales files and coordinate with the technical team where necessary
What they ask
- You work as a self-employed individual or are willing to start a self-employed activity
- Commercial acumen and preferably experience in B2C sales
- Experience in HVAC, building techniques, or renovation is a must
- Technical interest and a desire to delve into heating and cooling solutions
- Easily make contact, listen well, and advise customers in an honest and convincing manner
- Work independently, meticulously follow agreements, and be comfortable with a results-oriented collaboration
- Speak fluent Dutch
- Possess a B driving license

- Professional Bachelor: Construction
- Technical Secondary Education - 3rd degree: Housing Quality
- Graduate: Construction
- Or equivalent through experience
