The real estate team focuses on technical management, maintenance, sustainability, investments, and the strategic deployment of social real estate.
What you do
- Independently execute various technical sub-assignments within the municipal real estate portfolio.
- Clear an existing backlog of technical and facility issues.
- Investigate recurring malfunctions.
- Supervise smaller renovation and maintenance projects.
- Assess the technical condition of buildings.
- Manage contractors and suppliers.
- Translate maintenance issues into concrete proposals for planned maintenance and multi-year maintenance plans (MJOP).
- Contribute to more structure in the registration, follow-up, and transfer of technical work.
- Inventory, prioritize, and handle technical and facility reports.
- Develop proposals for structural technical solutions.
- Technically prepare and supervise building-related adjustments.
- Advise on necessary maintenance and follow-up measures.
- Request and evaluate technical work and quotations.
- Check completed work and arrange technical deliveries.
- Perform technical inventories and risk analyses on-site.
- Prepare cost estimates.
- Identify technical risks and overdue maintenance.
- Ensure a clear handover of outstanding work.

You are an experienced technical real estate professional who can independently analyze technical issues and translate them into concrete and actionable solutions. You easily switch between operational technical tasks and tactical advice and know how to prioritize within a broad real estate portfolio. You communicate clearly with users, colleagues, contractors, and suppliers, while maintaining control over quality, planning, and financial frameworks.

- Completed technical education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level.
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable work experience with technical management of buildings and/or social real estate.
- Minimum of 2 years of demonstrable work experience as a technical real estate manager or in a directly comparable role.
- Minimum of 1 year of demonstrable work experience within a municipal organization.
Preferences.
