A Project Coordinator Maintenance & Planning is sought for a housing corporation. This role goes beyond a regular planner function and has strong interfaces with work preparation. You will be assigned your own budget, which you will analyze and translate into a concrete and efficient preparation of maintenance work.
What you will do.
- Responsible for preparing and coordinating maintenance work
- Working from an assigned budget, dissecting its content and translating it into a feasible planning and preparation
- Ensuring clear communication with residents and skilled tradespeople
- Monitoring the progress of the work
- Analyzing and developing your own maintenance budget into concrete work preparation
- Scheduling and coordinating service and maintenance work
- Coordinating with technical personnel such as carpenters, plumbers
- Informing residents about planning, progress, and any changes
- Monitoring progress, quality, and agreements within the maintenance process

- Technical insight and experience in planning or work preparation
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate a budget into a concrete implementation plan
- Communicative and service-oriented towards residents and colleagues
- MBO diploma (vocational education) in a technical or construction direction
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a planner, work preparer, or similar function
- Experience with analyzing budgets and translating them into execution
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to switch quickly and set priorities within a dynamic environment
