A leading insurance firm is urgently seeking a Security Consultant for IT Governance & Norms. The consultant will support a project by documenting and improving selected IT security practices, performing gap analyses against guidelines, and defining and implementing feasible solutions.
What you will do. For selected IT practices, you will:
- Collect or provide AS-IS descriptions
- Collect existing documentation (processes, work instructions, playbooks)
- Document the current process where missing or outdated
- Perform a gap analysis against guidelines
- Identify and document gaps and improvement needs
- Determine realistic and appropriate approaches to close identified gaps
- Help design and implement TO-BE practices
- Design TO-BE processes (BPMN) with short descriptions of all activities
- Write work instructions
- Create templates and other supporting tools
- Write or update related policies
- Support technical teams in closing technical gaps
- Create training material
- Deliver trainings
Profile
Experience with the following IT practices is required:
