What you do
You ensure that the maintenance and improvement of various public buildings are well-managed. This includes sports halls and offices. You ensure that work is properly prepared, planned, and executed.
- You prepare and supervise maintenance and real estate projects from planning to execution.
- You assess technical drawings, from sketch design to specifications, and translate them into practical maintenance plans for the buildings.
- You request quotes, compare them on quality and price, and advise on the best approach.
- You coordinate with contractors, suppliers, managers, and users, and supervise the execution.
- You contribute to the sustainability and improvements of the real estate and support administrative decision-making, including drafting administrative proposals.

- HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level, preferably supplemented with an HBO diploma in Civil Engineering or another real estate-related education.
- Experience with real estate management, maintenance, civil engineering, or a similar field.

- Experience within a governmental organization is a plus.
