An experienced Senior Support Engineer is sought to provide 2nd/3rd line technical support across Windows infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity. The role will focus on maintaining secure and reliable IT environments, resolving complex technical issues, and supporting infrastructure improvements.
What you do
- Provide 2nd/3rd line support for Windows servers, desktops, and infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking, connectivity, and security issues.
- Support Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, switches, and wireless infrastructure.
- Monitor and respond to cybersecurity alerts, vulnerabilities, and security incidents.
- Implement security controls, patching, endpoint protection, and access management.
- Perform root cause analysis and contribute to problem and incident management.
- Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and technology improvement projects.
What they ask
- Strong experience as a Senior Support / Infrastructure Engineer.
- Excellent knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft technologies.
- Solid networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and switching.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity, endpoint security, vulnerability management, and access control.
