You will be responsible for designing, building, and operationalizing advanced ML and AI models that directly impact customer experience and network performance. You will have a lot of freedom and responsibility and work within a data-driven environment on a modern cloud platform.
What you will do.
- Develop, train, and deploy supervised, unsupervised, and recommender models, including predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and marketing models.
- Analyze large, complex datasets, including telemetry and customer data.
- Translate business problems into concrete ML/AI products and iterate on them in close collaboration with stakeholders.
- Act as a technical sparring partner and first point of contact for questions about the operation and use of models.
- Work within an Agile environment, including drafting user stories and continuously improving processes and deliverables.
Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Data Scientist role with demonstrable knowledge of Machine Learning models.
- Expert-level knowledge of SQL and advanced Python.
- Experience with designing, bringing into production, and benchmarking supervised and unsupervised machine learning models.
- Knowledge of: Spark, PySpark, Databricks, and Azure DevOps (pipelines, repositories & artifacts).
- Knowledge of Recommender/Next Best Action models.
- Experience with deep learning (PyTorch) is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of LLM/GenAI applications is a bonus.
- Experience in a network company is a plus.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, combined with good communication skills.
