You play a key role in customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing optimal service to B2C customers of an energy company. You gain valuable operational experience and receive training on various topics such as giving feedback, communication, and customer centricity.
What you do
- You analyze customer invoicing questions (connection and relocation requests, changes in energy market conditions) through various channels.
- You consult the IT system (SAP) and have telephone and written contact with customers.
- You request input from colleagues and experts.
- You provide a qualitative and appropriate solution for customers and accurately register it in the systems.
- You communicate the solution to the different parties (customers, grid operator, experts).
- You work in a dynamic and diverse team, actively participate in team meetings, and propose ideas to improve working methods and customer contacts.
Profile
- You are energized by customer contacts, and customer satisfaction is central to you.
- You have very good communication skills, both oral and written.
- You are analytical and critical; a good analysis is essential to solve customer problems.
- You enjoy working accurately with various programs and are eager to learn new tools.
- You are results-oriented and a true team player.
- You have a strong safety and environmental awareness.
