An artisan is sought for various maintenance and service projects in residential construction (both social and private). These are long-term projects offering significant autonomy and continuity.
What you will do. You will independently carry out work based on work orders and daily maintenance. You will perform various carpentry tasks in homes owned by housing corporations, property managers, and private clients. You will have frequent contact with residents and ensure that each assignment is completed professionally, safely, and neatly.
- Replacing and repairing doors, frames, and skirting boards
- Repairs to hardware
- Repair work on floors, ceilings
- Various finishing and maintenance tasks
- Resolving minor structural defects and damages
What they ask
- Demonstrable experience as a residential carpenter, preferably in maintenance and renovation of rental and owner-occupied homes
- In possession of a B (E) driving license
- Own tools and transport
- Proficiency in the Dutch language
- A valid VCA-Basic certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Presentable, communicate clearly, and work in a solution-oriented manner
- Customer-focused attitude
