What you do
- You are central to attracting top talent for the organization and its subsidiaries.
- Active Sourcing: proactively delve into the market through various channels to identify and engage passive and active IT and Sales talents.
- Targeted Outreach: craft targeted, attractive, and effective messages.
- Qualitative Screening: conduct initial in-depth interviews to test both technical affinity and cultural fit.
- Candidate Experience: be the candidate's personal guide throughout the entire process, from initial contact to successful onboarding.
- Talent Pooling: build lasting relationships with candidates and maintain a warm network for future opportunities.
What they ask
- At least 5 years of experience in IT recruitment or recruitment & selection (agency or corporate experience).
- Affinity with Tech: basic understanding of IT concepts (Cloud, Data, CRM/ERP) or the ability to quickly pick them up.
- Communication Power: communicate clearly, authentically, and to-the-point.
- Proactive mindset: take action to attract new talent rather than waiting for applications.
- Languages: excellent command of Dutch and English.
- Knowledge of French is a clear plus.
