What you will do. As a Manager, you will lead the operational activities of an NDT branch. You will manage daily operations and ensure optimal cooperation between employees, clients, and various branches within the country. The branch performs non-destructive testing (NDT) and industrial inspections for clients in sectors including industry, energy, and offshore.
You will be responsible for the operational performance of the branch and ensure that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and according to the highest quality standards. You will combine operational leadership with commercial acumen. You will identify market opportunities, maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to the further development of the organization. You will have ample room to implement improvements and shape the future of the branch.
