As an AI Engineer, you will work on temporary assignments for various clients, where you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing smart, scalable AI solutions. You will be involved in diverse environments and projects, depending on your expertise, interests, and availability.
What you will do.
- Develop, train, and optimize machine learning and AI models
- Work with Python as the primary programming language (knowledge of Java, C++, R, or Scala is a plus)
- Apply AI & ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
- Preprocess and analyze data (feature engineering, model evaluation, validation)
- Integrate AI solutions into existing applications and systems (APIs, microservices)
- Deploy and monitor AI models in production environments
- Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP)
- Apply software engineering best practices (Git, testing, documentation)
- Potentially work on NLP, LLMs, computer vision, generative AI, or MLOps, depending on the assignment
- Experience with CI/CD environments and containerization (Docker) is a strong asset.
Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field
- Relevant experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role
- Comfortable in project-based or assignment-driven environments
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking, able to translate complex issues into workable solutions
- Fluent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Work independently, but also function strongly within multidisciplinary teams
- Eager to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and technology
- Flexible, eager to learn, and quick to adapt to new contexts and technologies
