This role offers a great combination of management support, recruitment, talent development, and participation in strategic HR projects within a leading industrial organization. As an HR Business Partner, you will support managers and teams on all HR topics while contributing to the continuous improvement of the organization's processes and practices.
What you do
- Supporting managers and teams:
- Advising managers on their daily HR issues.
- Supporting organizational changes and team developments.
- Providing expertise in talent management and skills development.
- Recruitment and integration:
- Managing the recruitment of employee profiles.
- Collaborating with specialized external partners.
- Organizing and coordinating the integration of new employees.
- Participating in employer branding activities and recruitment events.
- Skills development:
- Coordinating evaluation and development campaigns.
- Identifying training needs.
- Monitoring employee development plans.
- Collaborating with training organizations and external partners.
- Participation in HR projects:
- Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participating in the implementation of legal and regulatory developments.
What they ask
- A Master's degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Work Psychology, Law, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role with a focus on soft HR.
- Experience in an industrial environment is a significant asset.
- Proficiency in Belgian social legislation.
- Experience with topics related to recruitment, talent management, skills development, and manager support.
- A professional level of English.
