• Design and implement a socio-anthropological research approach applied to agroecological transitions, water quality issues, and transformations in the agricultural world.
• Conduct qualitative fieldwork: participant observations, semi-directive interviews, participation in meetings, field visits, training, farmer groups, and collective events.
• Analyze barriers, levers, and resistances to change.
• Study the symbolic and professional frameworks that structure agricultural practices.
• Contribute to the reflective monitoring of the project, supporting facilitators and partners.
• Participate in addressing disagreements, helping to transform tensions into resources for collective action.
• Produce scientific and operational deliverables: resistance mappings, analyses of actor dynamics, transition narratives, strategic notes, educational materials, methodological guides, and structured feedback to teams.
• Disseminate project results through scientific articles, conference communications, popularized publications, and materials for agricultural, scientific, and institutional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other poles of the agricultural project, field partners, researchers, and actors involved in project governance.
• Co-construct, with involved actors, and objectify the performance of more sustainable agri-food systems rooted in their territory.
• Co-construction, particularly through interdisciplinary participatory research, and testing of agro-ecological transition practices and pathways for agrarian systems.
• Identification, particularly with involved actors, of mobilizable innovations for the development of more sustainable agri-food systems, and characterization of their performance, as well as barriers and levers to their adoption.
• Quantification and modeling of biophysical flows (N, P, K, greenhouse gases, biodiversity, etc.) between the different components of systems and territories.
• Construction of research and/or experimentation projects (project definition, methodology, steps).
• Execution of research and/or experimentation projects (implementation, data exploitation, results interpretation).
• Acquisition and development of knowledge and skills necessary for scientific activities.
• Dissemination and valorization of results (report writing, publications, scientific communications).
• Assistance to the director in the daily management of the technical team assigned to projects and/or experiments.
• Management of equipment and consumables used in research and/or experiments.

• Master's and Doctorate degree in sociology, anthropology, psychology, agroecology, or environmental communication.
• Field experience in an agricultural environment.
• 3 years of empirical research experience required.
• Knowledge of the agricultural environment, water issues, pesticides, agroecological practices, or participatory approaches is an asset.
• Driving license B.
