As a home care nurse, you are a valuable healthcare provider for patients in their familiar home environment. The personal contact makes home care a very rewarding job. You will join an integrated care team. Nursing files are handled quickly and efficiently via a tablet. Travel is done with a company car in the local area.
What you will do.
- Administer injections
- Administer medication
- Perform wound care
- Provide hygienic care
- Apply advanced nursing techniques
Profile
- Nursing diploma (Bachelor, HBO5 or basic nurse) or midwifery (if issued before October 2018)
- Be socially engaged
- Prioritize the patient's well-being
- Communicate clearly and correctly with the patient and supervisor
- Process administration correctly
- Willingness to work one weekend out of two
- Driving license B
