You connect candidates and SME clients daily. You build strong relationships, think along about personnel issues, and help people find a job where they can grow. You work in an informal environment with short lines of communication, where you collaborate closely with colleagues and have room for your own ideas. Development is central, with training, on-the-job coaching, and clear growth opportunities.
What you will do.
- Recruit, select, and guide candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with SME clients
- Identify and utilize commercial opportunities
- Advise on personnel issues and labor market developments
- Visit clients and flexible employees on location
- Write vacancies and actively search for talent
- Monitor processes and ensure correct administration
Profile
- MBO 4 or HBO working and thinking level (equivalent to vocational or higher professional education)
- Experience in a role with extensive client contact
- Strong communication skills and well-organized
- Proactive, commercial
- Possesses a B driving license
