The field team is growing due to the expansion of collection sites. New colleagues with experience in blood collection are sought.
- The role is independent, within one's own region, and without evening or weekend shifts.
What you will do.
- Start the workday at a collection site in the region.
- Travel independently to various locations, such as general practitioner practices, nursing homes, and small collection points in the neighborhood.
- Drive a different route every day.
- Visit patients at home or in a healthcare institution.
- Perform venipunctures and capillary blood collections.
- For thrombosis service patients: directly determine blood values with a finger prick and discuss the results.
- Put patients at ease with a calm and personal approach.
- Carefully process patient data in the systems.
- Ensure everything complies with quality and safety guidelines.
- Hand in materials at a central location at the end of the workday.
- Work on optimizing and digitizing work processes within a collaboration of healthcare institutions.
Profile
- Healthcare diploma at MBO level, such as Caregiver IG, Doctor's Assistant, or Nurse.
- Those currently following a relevant medical or healthcare education are also welcome to apply.
- Experience with venipuncture, gained during training and/or in practice.
- Accustomed to working independently.
- Professionally handle diverse patients and home situations.
- Work carefully and take responsibility.
- Communicate clearly with patients and their relatives.
- Possess a B driving license and a personal car.
