A municipal organization aims to update its social real estate policy and is looking for a project leader and expert in this field. You will connect societal needs with real estate issues and advise on policy, exploitation, investments, and the future of social facilities. You will work closely with social partners and colleagues within the organization.
What you will do. Within social real estate, you will specifically focus on two areas: sports facilities and village halls & multifunctional accommodations. Additionally, you will address overarching issues in social real estate and share your expertise.
Sports facilities:
- Housing issues and contributing ideas for future-proof facilities
- Developing policy for sports facilities and translating this into concrete frameworks and implementation agreements
- Responsible for drafting multi-year maintenance plans, in collaboration with colleagues from Realization & Management
- Dealing with issues concerning lease agreements, ground leases, building rights, and other usage and ownership matters, and engaging legal expertise where necessary
Village halls & multifunctional accommodations:
- Advising and supporting boards on issues related to exploitation, management
- Working on smart combinations of functions within the facilities
- Developing a clear vision and policy frameworks with involved parties
Results.
- The updated (strategic) policy framework for social real estate has been established
- An implementation plan for social real estate policy has been drafted
- Advice on rental policy for social real estate, including pricing, has been prepared
- A multi-year maintenance plan has been drafted in collaboration with the Realization & Management team

- Demonstrable completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 10 years as an expert or advisor in social real estate within a municipal organization
- Demonstrable work experience with updating policy frameworks and social real estate rental policy, including pricing
- Demonstrable work experience with administrative advising
Wishes.
- Demonstrable completed education in real estate studies, public administration, social sciences, or a comparable relevant field at a minimum of HBO bachelor or university level
- Demonstrable work experience with government policy, relevant laws and regulations, and procedures concerning social real estate
- Demonstrable work experience in the field of social real estate within a municipal organization
- Demonstrable work experience with conducting discussions, balancing interests, and coordinating with associations, users, social organizations, and other stakeholders within social real estate
