The team offers help and psychiatric treatment to children and young people up to 23 years old with complex issues and problems in various areas of life. They work with young people who are not seeking help or who have already received a lot of help. With the team's support, children and young people gain opportunities to develop in their relationships with their environment, with school or taking up work, living independently, and spending leisure time in an enjoyable way.

The team is available when needed, which means working flexibly, outside office hours, and without being bound by forms. Advice is given, both solicited and unsolicited. What you will do.
- Work as an outreach care professional with young people and families with complex support needs in multiple life areas, often in combination with psychiatric issues, an intellectual disability, and care avoidance.
- Provide treatment, guidance, and support, aimed at strengthening both the individual and the family system.
- Collaborate multidisciplinarily with colleagues and external partners.
- Support outreach staff with complex parenting and guidance issues.
- Independently carry out partial treatments within the treatment plan, under the supervision of the primary therapist.
- Analyze support needs, develop appropriate interventions, and respond to dynamic and challenging situations.
Profile
- Perseverance and patience in guiding and treating clients and family systems in complex situations involving complex support needs and care avoidance.
- Independence, flexibility, and the ability to act purposefully in complex situations, with the support of the team.
What they ask
- A completed, relevant HBO (higher professional education) degree, for example in Social Work.
- An experienced therapist with a valid BIG and/or SKJ registration.
- Affinity with solution-focused work and with the target group.
- Ability to constructively engage with and maintain contact with the target group.
- Strong command of social skills such as tact, listening, empathy, motivating, and stimulating behavioral change.
- Possess self-reflection and the desire for further development.
- Be flexibly deployable and able to handle unexpected situations.
- Possess a valid driving license B.
