You are responsible for resolving daily maintenance reports within homes and business premises. You will be deployed to various locations and will handle both small repair jobs and larger maintenance work. You ensure that every report is completed efficiently, safely, and with an eye for quality. You work largely independently and have regular contact with residents, managers, and supervisors. You communicate clearly, contribute to solutions, and ensure a neat and presentable delivery of your work.
What you will do.
- Repair and replace interior doors, frames, carpentry
- Repair damage to walls, ceilings
- Perform various structural maintenance work
- Handle quick interventions to complete repair assignments after mutations or inspections
What they ask
- Demonstrable experience as a maintenance carpenter, preferably in the maintenance and renovation of rental and owner-occupied homes
- In possession of driving license B (E)
- Own tools and transport
- Proficiency in the Dutch language
- A valid VCA-Basic certificate or the willingness to obtain it
