IT Architect

• Align closely with senior architecture roles focused on translating business strategy into target-state architecture and roadmap execution.
• Define and drive the target architecture for Core Banking transformation, across multiple domains and delivery teams.
• Identify and facilitate key design decisions. Produce Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
• Balance transformation ambition with pragmatic delivery.
• Define transition states, migration patterns, and decommissioning strategies for legacy platforms.
• Support the creation of multi-year roadmaps covering daily banking accounts, lending, and collateral management in alignment with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering leads, business owners, and product teams to ensure feasibility and buy-in.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise guidelines, security standards, regulatory expectations, and global technology strategies.
• Ensure architecture implementation remains aligned with agreed target designs while minimizing tactical debt.

What they ask

• 10+ years in Banking Technology and Architecture.
• 5+ years in large-scale transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of Core Banking platforms and banking products.
• Proven experience with at least one major modernization or core banking replacement initiative.
• Experience operating within complex multi-country banking environments.
• Strong ability to analyze, assess, and redesign complex IT landscapes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
