Technical Administrative Assistant

You will temporarily strengthen the Customer Care team of an international organization in a technical environment. This is an executive administrative assignment offering a lot of variety and direct contact with customers, suppliers, and service colleagues. You will follow up on files from request to completion.

What you will do.

• Process incoming emails, quotation requests, orders, and purchase orders.
• Register orders in SAP and CRM, send order confirmations, and prepare quotes for spare parts.
• Research technical information and request prices from suppliers.
• Organize and monitor shipments of parts and materials.
• Register deliveries and stock receipts and support the annual stock count.
• Invoice interventions, spare parts, and maintenance and standby contracts.
• Process purchase invoices and check supplier invoices.
• Administratively prepare interventions, create work orders for technicians, and support planning.
• Follow up on contracts, warranty requests, and returns.
• Register customers, suppliers, and items in SAP.
• Check customer data and credit limits.
• Monitor e-detachment and the required registrations for interventions.

What they ask

• Demonstrable experience with administrative processes in a technical environment.
• Experience in order management, quotations, invoicing, and customer and supplier administration.
• Practical knowledge of SAP or a CRM system.
• Ability to process data and follow up on files independently.
• Proficient in Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint, and online customer and supplier platforms.
• Fluent communication in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to research and correctly process technical information.
• Work accurately, set priorities, and actively follow up on multiple files.
