As an ANIOS Occupational Medicine, you work at the intersection of medicine and work, focusing on sustainable employability, vitality, and prevention. You will work within an organization specialized in occupational health. You will work in a multidisciplinary team with occupational physicians, occupational health nurses, case managers, and occupational experts. What you do
- You guide employees in their employability and recovery.
- You assess their capacity for work and discuss with them how they can safely and responsibly return to work.
- You advise employers on absenteeism, prevention, and sustainable employability, and contribute ideas on how to prevent health problems.
- Together with the occupational physician, practice assistant, and case manager, you provide care that aligns with each individual's work situation.
- You will have the opportunity to get to know the profession of an occupational physician up close and, if desired, to grow through a fully funded training program to become an occupational physician.

Practical
