Lead global end-to-end supply planning.
- Shape and realize business strategy.

- Represent the Supply Chain within a cross-functional Business Dynamic team.
- Responsible for end-to-end supply planning for the Business Dynamic.
- Ensure a strategic supply plan, including translation to and execution of a tactical and operational plan for all crops and underlying crop segments.
- Lead the S&OP process in close alignment with Marketing and Sales, Demand Planning, Portfolio Management, R&D and Production.

- Play a key role in building and expanding end-to-end planning capabilities.
- Set up and continuously improve planning processes and workflows.
- Drive the implementation of advanced planning systems, including long-term planning, inventory management, product quality management and order flow management.
- Report to the VP Supply Chain and actively contribute within the Business Dynamic team.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in English and Dutch.
