This role as an Intercedent is located at an in-house site of a production company. You will be the point of contact for flexible employees and managers, support HR processes, and contribute to recruitment activities. The position offers a mix of human contact, HR administration, and supportive recruitment tasks.
What you will do.
- You will be the point of contact for flexible employees and managers.
- You will chat with flexible employees, check on their well-being, and help new colleagues during their first working days.
- You will schedule interviews, maintain contact with candidates, and process responses to vacancies.
- You will help find new talents for open positions.
- You will accurately process contracts, personnel changes, and hour registrations.
- You will ensure that personnel files remain complete and up-to-date.
- You will support absenteeism registrations and contribute ideas for improving work processes.
Profile
