As a supervising dentist within a training program, you guide students during their activities in a care and education center. Together with dental prosthetists, you support students in providing patient care and help them connect theory, clinical reasoning, and professional practice.

- Guide and coach students during patient treatments in the center
- Monitor the quality and safety of the oral care provided
- Discuss case studies and support students in clinical decision-making
- Provide substantive feedback on professional conduct and treatment skills
- Contribute to a safe and stimulating learning environment
- Coordinate and collaborate with teachers and colleagues within the program
Profile
You are an enthusiastic dentist who enjoys sharing knowledge and experience with the next generation of oral healthcare professionals. In addition, you possess:
- A completed Dentistry degree
- A valid BIG registration as a dentist
- Recent experience in dental practice
- Affinity with guiding and coaching students
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- The ability to provide constructive and stimulating feedback to students
- Experience in education is a plus, but not a requirement
- Experience and/or affinity with prosthetics
