Project & Transition Manager

• Lead complex IT projects, programmes, and service transitions from initiation to delivery.
• Manage large-scale transformation programmes within enterprise environments.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
• Drive governance, reporting, risk, and issue management.
• Manage dependencies, escalations, and project financials.
• Lead transition activities into operational/service environments.
• Ensure operational readiness and business continuity during major transitions.
• Work closely with senior management, technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Drive continuous improvement and alignment with enterprise objectives.

What they ask

• 20+ years of IT experience, preferably in large enterprise environments.
• 10+ years of experience in project, programme, and/or transition management.
• Proven experience managing complex initiatives with budget oversight exceeding €20M.
• Strong track record in large-scale transformation programmes.
• Proven experience with service transition into operational environments.
• Experience working in critical or high-risk IT environments.
• Strong stakeholder, financial, risk, and governance management skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams, suppliers, and workstreams.
• Relevant experience in infrastructure, datacenter, cloud, cybersecurity, business continuity, or IT operations.

Certification.

• At least one recognised certification such as:
• PRINCE2
• PMP / PMI
• PMBOK
• PM²
• ITIL
• Equivalent recognised certification

Languages.

• Dutch or French: C2 – native or near-native level.
• English: C1 – advanced professional level.
