Regional Manager

Do you want to lead teams where care truly matters? As a regional manager, you guide teams within asylum seeker care. You combine leadership with social impact and ensure that healthcare professionals can work optimally. A specialized healthcare institution provides good care for all asylum seekers, offering general practitioner care at almost every reception location.

What you will do.

• You are a facilitator who dares to make decisions in complex and challenging environments.
• You lead various healthcare teams and ensure that practices function well.
• You determine your own agenda and are regularly present at the location that requires the most attention at that moment.
• You coach employees, promote collaboration, and are responsible for personnel policy, including recruitment, interviews, and absence guidance.
• You seek new opportunities for service provision.
• You translate organizational goals into practice and create a safe, positive working environment where teams can grow.
• You monitor quality, achieve objectives, implement policy, and maintain contacts with chain partners.
• You are available when the situation requires it and may be scheduled for on-call duties.
• You are responsible for various locations, with the size of the reception centers varying.
• You travel frequently to the different locations where you lead diverse teams, ranging from 2 to 10 colleagues.
• Medical decisions rest with the general practitioner and/or medical director.
• One to two times a month, you are expected at the head office to meet with other regional managers.
