As an HR Innovation employee, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Innovation team within a specific location of the organization. You will apply your practical, administrative, and organizational expertise to ensure smooth daily operations and elevate information management within the HR Innovation organization, enabling teams to function optimally and achieve their goals.
What you do
You will be the central point of contact and a reliable colleague assisting the HR Innovation Coordinator and HR Innovation Advisors. Your tasks include:
- Organizing meetings and gatherings for the HR Innovation team
- Providing administrative support for keeping the talent tool and other systems up-to-date
- Maintaining and improving HR Innovation SharePoint pages
- Providing administrative support for various HR Innovation projects
- Organizing and supporting events such as onboarding days and workshops
What they ask
- Completed MBO education level 3 or 4, or demonstrable MBO work and thinking level through a combination of knowledge, education, and experience (potentially testable in an assessment)
- Experience with project support
- Experience with administrative support
- Experience with organizing meetings and gatherings
- Experience within HR is desired
Practical
- A mandatory security screening and reference check (upon request) are part of the selection procedure
- You must take the oath or promise for civilian employees of the organization
- You have Dutch nationality
- Internal candidates are preferred if suitable
