You guide and support adults with visual and multiple disabilities and intensive care and support needs within a care organization.
- You provide the necessary care and assist them with their daily activities.
- You create a safe and warm living environment and respond to the individual needs of each client.
- You observe and report important information, ensure a good handover to your colleagues, and work according to a variable schedule.
Profile
- You preferably have a diploma in a pedagogical, (para)medical, or care-related field.
- Candidates with a different diploma but with the right competencies for guidance and care tasks are also eligible.
- You are caring, responsible, and communicatively skilled.
- You enjoy working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- You are flexible and can respond well to unexpected situations.
- Experience in care is a plus.
