What you will do. As a policy advisor within the Care, Innovation, and Quality team, you are responsible for initiating, leading, and realizing organization-wide projects, change processes, and policy developments. You translate strategic objectives into concrete improvement initiatives and ensure sustainable implementation and safeguarding. Your tasks include:
- Developing, testing, and implementing innovations.
- Executing the quality cycle and improving care processes.
- Evaluating and optimizing care programs, such as chronic care and triage.
- Supporting quality improvement trajectories, including incident management and complaint handling.
- Advising management and executive board at tactical and strategic levels.
- Representing the organization in collaboration with chain partners such as government agencies and the police.
Profile
- Demonstrable HBO or university level of thinking and working, and affinity with the target group of newcomers, detainees, and/or prisoners.
- Several years of work experience with project management, quality management, or policy development, preferably within healthcare.
- A strong discussion partner for clients and chain partners.
- Strong analytical skills and able to translate developments into policy and improvement initiatives.
- Decisive, reliable, and flexible.
Practical
You will be part of a support staff of approximately 20 enthusiastic and committed colleagues. You will work together in an informal atmosphere, with great energy and passion. You support more than 800 healthcare providers at over 200 locations. You regularly visit locations to engage with healthcare professionals and gather practical developments.
