- Minimum MBO 4 working and thinking level
- Easily communicate in both Dutch and English
- Experience with administrative tasks and customer contact
- In possession of a B driving license and a personal car
- See changes not as a challenge, but as an opportunity to think along and move forward
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
- Reside in the region and be willing to travel between different locations
